We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team, champion quality care, and create an environment where both residents and staff thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership for all nursing services
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to achieve excellence
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN License in PA (BSN preferred)
• Five years of leadership experience in a long-term care/senior living/CCRC/SNF is requir
• In-depth knowledge of clinical regulations and compliance
• A compassionate leader with a passion for senior care
