 Job Summary:

 

The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist manages the full-cycle recruiting process of the organization to identify, engage, and hire healthcare professionals and community support staff for all Wesley Enhanced Living locations.

Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Mange the full-cycle recruiting, selection and placement process of the organization to employ, place and/or transfer internal and external healthcare professionals and community support staff for all Wesley Enhanced Living locations
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and recommend high quality candidates who meet the skills, requirements and cultural fit for healthcare professionals and community support staff positions
  • Partner with the HR team and community supervisors to identify staffing requirements based on organizational and community goals and objectives
  • Assist Community HR Managers and community supervisors with transfer of internal candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during each stage in the recruitment process
  • Collaborate and consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates.

Education:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience with emphasis within the skilled nursing/aging services arena.

 

Education or Degree Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
