Job Summary:
Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces? Join our team as a Housekeeping Manager, where your leadership will help ensure our residents, families, and staff enjoy a comfortable and safe environment every day.
Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Manage schedules, supply inventory, and ensure timely completion of housekeeping tasks.
Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living.
Knowledge of infection prevention and safety protocols.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to quality service.
