Job Summary:

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families? Join our mission-driven team as a Chaplain, where your presence and care will support residents, families, and staff through life’s most meaningful moments.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents, families, and team members of all faith backgrounds.
  • Lead and coordinate worship services, memorials, and special observances.
  • Offer one-on-one pastoral care and spiritual counseling.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ holistic well-being.
  • Foster an environment of inclusivity, compassion, and respect.

What We’re Looking For

  • Compassionate, empathetic individual with excellent listening and communication skills.

  • Experience working with seniors, healthcare, hospice, or similar settings preferred.

  • Ability to provide interfaith spiritual care in a diverse community.

  • Master of Divinity degree from a seminary program is required
  • Ordained as a minister (preferably United Methodist).
