At Wesley Enhanced Living, every transition matters. We’re seeking a compassionate  Admissions Coordinator to support residents and their families as they join our community! If you have excellent communication skills, a heart for service, and a passion for helping others, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet long term care census goals
  • Fully execute the completion of WEL’s long term care application and assist families in expediting required documentation for all long term care referrals
  • Collaborate with nursing, social services, and other departments for smooth transitions
  • Provide backup coverage to other WEL SNF’s to coordinate incoming admissions, as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years administrative admissions experience in a hospital or skilled nursing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and resident-centered mindset
  • Knowledge of long-term care, CCRC, or senior living is a plus

 

Education or Degree Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Some College preferred

Licenses, Certifications, Registrations: 

  • Valid Driver’s License; Current Car insurance
