Hiring Immediately for Sales Manager - Great compensation package with generous earning potential!

 

Join our team as Sales Manager and sky’s the limit. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving occupancy targets and marketing/selling independent living and personal care residences to seniors. In this exciting role, you will:

  • Direct market and sell our continuing care retirement community accommodations and services to seniors, families, and professional referral sources
  • Function as a senior member of the Wesley Enhanced Living sales team to meet budgeted occupancy goals
  • Create event programs and open houses at the community and conduct presentations at area churches, senior centers, and community organizations
  • Network and develop strong relationships with professionals including but not limited to hospital social workers, physicians, geriatric care managers, realtors, clergy, and area businesses
  • Conduct appointments/tours and convert qualified inquiries to new resident move ins which can range from 3-7+ contract executions in any month
  • Utilize our extraordinary CRM tools to maximize lead follow up, appointment setting, closing, and new resident move in’s
  • Execute all new resident agreements and payments, collect supporting documents and coordinate new move in’s

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

 

The ideal candidate has these qualifications:

  • 2+ years highly successful sales record in service or product industries
  • Sales experience with adults 55+
  • Driven, results oriented closer with exemplary and consistent stamina levels
  • Assertive and diplomatic, with professionalism and maturity

 

 

Education:

  • High School diploma required; College degree preferred
