The Sales Manager is responsible for making a compelling difference in the lives of our residents through providing excellence and innovation in aging services. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving occupancy targets and is responsible for marketing and selling independent living (IL) and/or personal care (PC) units for Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL) senior living communities. Direct markets and sells CCRC services and accommodations to prospective seniors and family members, and all professional referral sources within the service area. Functions as a senior member of the WEL sales team to meet budgeted census goals.
Your ability to positively influence the team, other employees, residents and their guests are just as important as completing your daily responsibilities.

Additional Skills required:
Experience Required: 2+ years successful inside and outside sales track record in consumer services or products industries, or real estate sales. Must have experience and proven outcomes in telesales. Experience selling products and services to adults 55+ preferred.
Education or Degree Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma - College degree in related field preferred
