The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist is responsible to make a compelling difference in the lives of our residents through providing excellence and innovation in aging services. The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist manages the full-cycle recruiting process of the organization to identify, engage, and hire healthcare professionals and community support staff for all Wesley Enhanced Living locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Mange the full-cycle recruiting, selection and placement process of the organization to employ, place and/or transfer internal and external healthcare professionals and community support staff for all Wesley Enhanced Living locations
Related Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience. Working knowledge of human resources functional areas and applicable state employment laws.
Education or Degree Requirement: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resource Management preferred
