    Responsibilities

    The Resident Travel Aide is responsible to make a compelling difference in the lives of our residents through providing excellence and innovation in aging services. The Resident Travel Aide is responsible for accompanying residents to and from doctors’ appointments while ensuring the safety of the resident and their medical information at all times.

     

    Resident Travel Aide Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Accompanies resident to doctors’ appointment and ensures all necessary information is provided to the doctor or doctor’s representative
    • Remains with Resident at all times
    • Contacts Driver for pick up from the Doctor's office to return to the community
    • Upon returning to the community, provides information and paper work from Resident's doctor to nurse on duty
    • Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations

    Qualifications

    Related Experience: Customer Service experience is a plus

     

    Education or Degree Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent

     

    Licenses, Certifications, Registrations: CPR
